Hello all
I just signed to this nice website. I'm not Irish but Ireland always had its charm on me. I dare to say I'm in love with it. It all started from a book but later I fell in love with the music, the history, the accent, the beautiful places and even the green color. I certainly will be there one day

My roots run deep into Ireland and I'd love to visit sometime soon. My hubby and I are looking at tours and packages on our own. I can't wait!

I have lived in Ireland all of my life but only this year did I actually 'holiday' here. I stayed in Portballintra in Northern Ireland and spent 10 days touring the northern coastline and the Glens of Antrim....a trip I will definitely be repeating.

MySifara, your hubby looks like a big lad - I'm not surprised you would require King-size beds!
A week is not very long in Ireland and much depends on the area you plan to visit. I notice you have made the same request in the group Ireland Vacation Information. Hopefully you will get some responses.
Here are some links I hope you will find useful:

There is a lot of information on this site. Click on the Accommodation tab for more details of where to stay.

Hello to all,
I am the family travel planner and we are looking to visit Ireland next year sometime in September. How difficult is it to find accomodations with King size beds?

Yes Sam, I totally agree...things are moving back to more traditional values and I couldn't be happier. There is something satisfying about a day spent in Ireland, where the pace is slower, the people friendlier and the Border Collies muddier! I love it. Time to smell the peat (or the roses) and enjoy the blessings we have in front of us!

I think all this economic doom and gloom is actually restoring older and better values that we lost during the Celtic Tiger era.
